According to USA Today newspaper, Kyrgyzstan had to deal with the civil war. The citizen and the opposite side of Kyrgyzstan wanted to subvert Bakiyev, who was the president of Kyrgyzstan and his government. After many days the fact had happened, the president of Kyrgyzstan ran away. Nobody in this country knew where their president had lurked, but he declared on Thursday that he would not renounce his duty and authority. Everyone in Kyrgyzstan raised a strong protest against him, and Kyrgyzstan also had the provisional government. The opposite leader Roza Otunbayeva said that the parliament had no longer worked and she would run the government for six months until the elections were organized. She also waited for the president Bakiyev to resign. Bakiyev in Russian radio station said that he didn’t accept to lose in any way, and he also said that he hadn't had any power of a president.
However, Kyrgyzstan needed time to be settled in everything. Otunbayeva said they needed time to recover. Kyrgyzstan needed a new government and a new president because the situation in Kyrgyzstan was very bad; every day many countries were observing the situation to help Kyrgyzstan. White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said that President Obama had been handling the situation.
