SUMMARY:

According to Seattletimes.com, the journalist is JOCELYN GECKER who wrote about the situation of Thailand Civil War, and the journalists also told Thailand civil war has so many people were dead. The Civil war happened since so many people from Red Shirt group had stroked to require the Government has to disband, but the President of Thailand is Abhisit Vejjajiva and his Government didn’t follow Red Shirt group’s request. That is the first cause of Thailand Civil War. The Government and Red Shirt group negotiated together, but the situation became more tense than before. The result is the army and Red Shirt group fought together, and the army has killed more than 30 people from Red Shirt group, and also Red Shirt group rioted everything in Bangkok. The fight between the army and Red Shirt group whenever can happen, so the Government advised everyone shouldn’t hang out and go to some street where Red Shirt group is occupying because a few day before, some people died because of bullets flying of the army and Red Shirt group. The life in Bangkok is deadlock because everywhere in Bangkok is the battlefield of the army and Red Shirt group, and the schools, hospital and supermarket closed. People in Bangkok want to evacuate, but it’s difficult because they can’t go out, and the fight is happening.

PERSONAL RESPONSE:

I think that is a bad things in Bangkok, and I also know Thailand has a long time on the disorderliness of political, but this is the first time that I see the disorderliness of political’s effect. I think the Government and Red Shirt group should be restraint and they should negotiate again. They should give the best way for the peace because if they fight together, both of them don’t have the gain, and the number dead will be much more. I disagree with the situation in Thailand. We hope that a few days to go the situation will improve.
