According to The New York Times, we have to deal with the disaster of Volcano from Icelandic made the economy was going down, and it made many people couldn’t go out of Europe because many flight had to cancel. With the weather in Europe was bad, so in last week 17,000 flights were cancel. Many people had to find the way as they would go out Europe by the vehicles or they would wait the disaster was end, but it was very difficult for them to do that. Closing of the airlines made many aviation companies had to deal with suffering from the economic crisis. The disaster estimated to be costing airlines 200 million a day, and it influenced many people who work in airlines.
My opinion: This is the disaster for many people who wanted to go out of Europe or wanted go to there and the airlines, it made the situation were very bad. Also I know that many people, airlines were waiting Government accepted the flights would be active because they admitted that the weather didn’t prevent those flight, and I think so because if we don’t do that, the economy will go down.
1- The air travel shutdown could affect productivity……
- Productivity ( n ): the efficiency
2- But unless flights are disrupted for week…..
- Disrupt ( v ): To throw into confusion.
3- The shutdown has also affected American military operations.
- Operation ( n ): A method or way of operating.

Hello Tony, I like your blog and especially your summarize about Air crisis. I think you has shown exactly main information with key details. For myself I emphasized that your own opinion in the end of the article is a good way to designate the problem in general. Good luck!
